Account information is currently difficult for inmates
to access. Inmates have to request the information from
Officers, or fill in a form to request the information
from inmate banking. This can often lead to frustration.
Not having access to this information also limits the
amount inmates spend on commissary, phone calls and messaging
as they do not know how much money they have available.
InfoCenter provides links to the Inmate’s Trust
Account and allows the inmate to access information such
as current balance and transaction history.
