Meal Selection
This module manages the administration of inmate meal
selections. It captures meal choices for inmates housed
in their particular location and provides a collated list
for the commissary staff. There is a popular meal selection
default if the inmate’s food choice selections are
unknown or it can automatically select previous choices.
